1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtorAiHub (accessible via realtoraihub.com and affiliated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing real estate transactions and digital asset discovery across North America. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. AI Intelligence & Balanced Reports

RealtorAiHub integrates machine learning algorithms, sentiment analysis, and quantitative valuation metrics to generate "AI Balanced Intelligence" reports. These outputs are created to empower consumers and licensed specialists with objective risk assessments, constraint analysis, and predictive yield insights.

3. Client-Specialist Lock-in Architecture

When a property seeker initiates an inquiry or unlocks detailed asset dossiers through a designated Managing Broker or Specialist, a bilateral fiduciary relationship ("Lock-in Relationship") is formed within the hub. This structure guarantees:

• Privacy Protection: Consumer search telemetry and valuation calculations remain confidential between the client and their verified agent.
• Fiduciary Alignment: Specialists are bound by non-compete ethical guidelines regarding registered exclusive off-market listings.
• Anti-Circumvention: Platform participants agree not to solicit or circumvent registered property relationships established through the hub.

4. Intellectual Property & Listing Rights

All proprietary code, algorithmic scoring models, UI designs, brand assets, and curated property analyses are the exclusive property of RealtorAiHub Inc. Photography and listing specs uploaded by verified brokers remain licensed to the respective brokerages while granting RealtorAiHub full distribution rights within the syndication network.
